Our four targeted massage treatments — ShapeMassage Method, ShapeMassage Face, ShapeMassage Balance, and ShapeMassage Medical — consistently deliver dramatic results to our clients.
ShapeMassage METHOD
Targeting the abdomen, buttocks and thighs, ShapeMassage Method can provide up to one centimeter of reduction in fatty tissue per week around the abdomen and hips. In combination with physical activity, a diet plan and effective personal guidance, ShapeMassage Method helps clients achieve improved circulation, renewed energy and an appreciation of the benefits of lifestyle changes. The program consists of one treatment per week over ten weeks.
ShapeMassage FACE
Without proper treatment stress collects in our face, neck and shoulders. ShapeMassage Face addresses the chronic headaches, neck tension and facial wrinkles that result, reducing or eliminating these symptoms after four weekly treatments.
ShapeMassage BALANCE
Our highly specialized deep tissue massage techniques and fingertip accuracy are crucial to understanding and alleviating pain in the back, chest and arms. Clients with fibromyalgia, migraines and back problems all experience results with the massage techniques utilized with ShapeMassage Balance.
ShapeMassage MEDICAL
For patients with specific ailments, including carpal tunnel syndrome, frozen shoulder, or menstrual or digestive problems, ShapeMassage Medical provides effective relief. Depending on the severity, problems are often resolved with as few as two treatments.
ShapeMassage SPA
Our newest offering, ShapeMassage SPA, brings wrapping, massage and hot stone treatments to our clients, all administered by professional therapists. Intended to improve circulation and relaxation, this treatment helps reduce the stress and anxiety which can lodge in the body. With extended treatments, we enable the body to again find balance and rest.

Our SPA treatment lasts 3 hours and includes:

- Body wrap to stimulate and nourish with the help of Aloe Vera, green algae and rose hip oil

- Heated stone therapy to help you unwind and increase circulation

After your treatment, take advantage of our relaxation room. We also provide tea and fruit for your enjoyment.
The 3 hour SPA treatment costs 2500kr and is currently only available from The Shape4life Institute.
